One of the keys to raising levels of employee performance is to create a sense of meaning – this can be achieved by engaging them in real life community-based learning experiences. So rather than develop employees through traditional training courses, leading companies are turning to community-based experiences. These experiences enable employees to develop their skills, make a positive impact in their local community, increase their motivation and enhance business reputation.
