Scottish Cities Alliance

'Attracting Investment - Creating Growth'

Promoting £10bn worth of investment opportunities across the City Investment Plans and Glasgow's City Deal

The Scottish Cities Alliance is the collaboration of Scotland’s seven cities and the Scottish Government , strategically facilitated by the Scottish Council for Development & Industry (SCDI) to create the conditions for growth and to attract inward investment. The Alliance partners were brought together following the launch of the Scottish Government's Agenda for Cities in December 2011.

In 2014, the Alliance agreed an ambitious set of City Investment Plans detailing £6bn worth of investment across the Aberdeen , Dundee , Edinburgh , Glasgow , Inverness , Perth & Stirling city regions. The subsequent approval of Glasgow's City Deal brings the total value of investment opportunity across the cities to £10bn.

The Alliance has an Investment Prospectus - highlighting opportunities for investment in residential, commercial, digital, transport and city centre regeneration areas across the 7 cities.
