This latest SCDI Webinar is in partnership with Womble Bond Dickinson. The event will be opened with a keynote address from Paul de Leeuw, Energy Transition Director, Robert Gordon University and we will be joined by Richard Cockburn and Matt Lewy, Partners with Womble Bond Dickinson.
As countries around the world begin to consider how to exit from the COVID-19 lockdown situation, the conversation is rapidly shifting to what the ‘next normal’ is going to look like. How we respond is going to affect all of us. Against this backdrop, Paul de Leeuw, Director of Robert Gordon University’s Energy Transition Institute, will discuss what the post COVID-19 world could look like for the energy sector and for the North East of Scotland in the next few years.
In addition, Matt Lewy and Richard Cockburn will give an overview of the energy market in the UK in the context of COVID-19 and the oil and gas price drop, highlighting trends of specific relevance to the North East’s energy business and considering the likely future impact on the sector.
