Productivity Club Scotland is a forum for networking and peer-to-peer learning for businesses. We provide signposting to resources, and support our members to focus on continuous improvement and organisational capacity.

The aim of Productivity Talks is to provide you with an opportunity to discuss challenges and potential solutions, reflect on your own approach and understand the views of others. Our speakers will deliver short, to the point talks or case studies drawn from their own experience, which will be followed by discussion and time for questions.

Tomasz Bernhard – Lifescan Scotland
Discussing improving productions efficiencies and employee engagement via Operator Asset Care program.

Tomasz has worked for Lifescan since 2005 ( moved to Scotland from Poland after completing MSc in Electrical Engineering). Thomaz has experience within: operations, engineering, process excellence and management. In his current role, he is responsible for manufacturing activities related to supplying meters and ancillary devices utilised by patients with diabetes.

Nicola Jackson – Robertson Timber Engineering
The topics the case study will focus around are as follows – Offsite, manufacturing, Timber construction, Housing, Digitsation and Net Zero.

Nicola Jackson is a registered Architect and a Technical Manager at Robertson Timber Engineering. She is also the chair of Offsite Solutions Scotland, a network of offsite timber manufacturing companies working together with a shared vision to grow the industry by exchanging knowledge, carrying out collaborative research and engaging with the wider industry. Through attending courses at MIT University in 2019, she developed knowledge of innovation strategies and aims to apply this to drive transformational change in the construction industry.
